What is the location of your facility?

2 Guys on the Move is conveniently located off of I-229 and Benson Road. From I-229, head west on Benson Road and south on Potsdam avenue.

What are your office hours?

2 Guys on the Move is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. On Saturdays, the office is open from 8am to 12pm.

What are your access hours?

The 2 Guys on the Move storage facility has 24 hours, 365 days per year access for storage customers with gate access.

Who has gate access?

All customers with current accounts have 24-hour gate access. Gate access is given at time of store unit commitment.

What storage unit sizes are available?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accomodate your needs. Sizes range from 5' x 10' to 10' x 30'.

What size of a unit do I need?

The storage unit size required can vary greatly. The experience staff at 2 Guys on the Move will be happy to assist you in determining what size will work best for you.

What does "climate-control" mean?

Climate-controlled units are kept between 65 and 75 degrees and humidity-controlled year-round. This is particularly important for items that are sensitive to heat, cold or humidity.

What are my payment options?

You can pay be credit card, cash or check. We can also set up an payment plan that debits your credit card on your due date automatically.

Is there a minimum rental term?

The minimum rental term is one month.

How do I get started renting a unit?

Renting a unit is simple. Visit 2 Guys on the Move, fill out a rental agreement, pay for your first month and then you'll be granted a 24-hour access code and your new storage unit.

Is there anything that I may not store?

You may not store food, toxic or hazardsous waste, explosive or highly-flammable items, and illegal or stolen property.
