What is the location of your facility?
We are conveniently located off of I-229 and Benson Road. From I-229, head west on Benson Road and south on Potsdam avenue.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. On Saturdays, we are open from 8am to 12pm.
What are your access hours?
Our storage facility has 24-hour access, 365 days a year for customers with gate access.
Who has gate access?
All customers with current accounts have 24-hour gate access. Gate access is given at signing of contract.
What storage unit sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accomodate your needs. Sizes range from 5' x 10' to 10' x 30'.
What size of a unit do I need?
The unit size you require can vary greatly. We will be happy to assist you in determining what size will work best for you.
What does "climate-control" mean?
Climate-controlled units are kept between 65 and 75 degrees and humidity-controlled year-round. This is particularly important for items that are sensitive to heat, cold or humidity.
What are my payment options?
You can pay be credit card, cash or check. We can also set up an payment plan that debits your credit card on your due date automatically.
Is there a minimum rental term?
The minimum rental term is one month.
How do I get started renting a unit?
Come to our office, fill out a rental agreement and make the first payment.
Is there anything that I may not store?
You may not store food, toxic or hazardsous waste, explosive or highly-flammable items, and illegal or stolen property.
Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facility?
Yes, we offer a full line of boxex and packing supplies.
